Transformer substations SZTT CTPC, CTPS, CTPM, etc.
Complete transformer substations of kiosk type (KTPC) of outdoor installation, with a capacity from 100 to 630 kVA, with a voltage of 6(10) / 0.4 kV are used in power supply systems of industrial, oil and gas, gas, chemical, energy enterprises, construction sites, individual settlements, etc. Substations are made of pass-through (KTPP) and dead-end (KTPC) types with an air or cable input of 6 (10) kV.
Kiosk - type KTP with a capacity of 100-630 kVA are made of the following types:
- single-transformer, two-transformer;
- dead-end or passageways.
KTPC comply with the requirements of GOST 14695-80 and TU16-2008 OGG.674 800.001 TU. Climatic versions and accommodation category – U1 according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89.
Transformer substations of the KTPS type with a capacity from 10 to 100 kVA are designed to receive electrical energy of three-phase alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of 6 (10) kV and convert it into electrical energy of alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz with a voltage of 0.4 kV.
KTPS are used for power supply of agricultural, residential facilities and other consumers with a three-phase voltage of 0.4 kV.
It is possible to manufacture single-phase CTPS with a capacity of 4, 10 kVA. CTPS meet the requirements of GOST 14695-80 and TU16-2008 OGG.674 800.001 TU. Climatic versions and accommodation category – U1 and UHL1 according to GOST 15150-69 and GOST 15543.1-89.
Substations of transformer mast type (KTPM) with a capacity from 10 kVA to 250 kVA are designed to receive electrical energy of alternating three-phase current with a frequency of 50 Hz, a voltage of 6 or 10 kV and convert it into electrical energy of alternating current with a frequency of 50 Hz and a voltage of 0.4 kV. KTPM are manufactured both with oil transformers of the type TMG and with dry type The TLS of the entire line is up to 250 kVA.
The substation is NOT intended for operation in explosive places, in aggressive environments that disrupt the operation of the KTP and destroy metals and insulation. KTPM meets the requirements of GOST 14695 and TU 16-2011 OGG.674800.001 TU.
